Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the RightAlly onboarding and billing website (the “Site”), operated by Mayura Consultancy Services LLC, doing business as RightAlly (“RightAlly”), 66 West Flagler Street, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33130. Your use of the RightAlly platform itself is governed by the Platform Subscription and Implementation Agreement you sign (the “Agreement”). If these Terms and the Agreement conflict, the Agreement controls.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is for businesses. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you name. If you sign an agreement, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. Accurate information

You agree to give accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3. Electronic records and signatures

You agree to receive agreements, notices, invoices and receipts electronically, and that electronic signatures made on the Site have the same effect as handwritten signatures under the federal E-SIGN Act and Fla. Stat. § 668.50. You may request a paper copy of your agreement by emailing support@rightally.io.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. By adding a payment method you authorise the charges described in your Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Site, including by attempting to access other customers’ information, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to submit forms.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content belong to RightAlly or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in them other than to use the Site as intended.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, RightAlly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability relating to the RightAlly platform is governed by the Agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
